Due to the unique and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we're here to make it right. Simply send the damaged item back to us, and we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the damaged item to initiate the replacement process.

Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer service team. We'll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or send a replacement if necessary.
